Theophilus
Nicholson, in the Introduction to his book, Moving towards
Perfection, acknowledges the "valued" contribution
of a parent to the development of his or her off-spring.
He also writes, "My experiences and the Christian
precepts my grandfather taught me formed the impetus
for these reflections."
Thus
it is no surprise that Moving towards Perfection explores
these profoundly significant aspects of a fulfilling
Christian life, employing personal anecdotes, acute
observations, and biblical quotations. Forthright and
inspiring, Moving Towards Perfection will engage readers
and help them focus on aspects of their lives perhaps
heretofore ignored, in order to help them live a more
Christian lifestyle. Major emphasis is placed on child-rearing,
which the author deems a "sacred trust."
